The site is made of static pages. No personal data is collected simply because you visit it. Fonts and images are served from our own server: no request is sent to any third party able to identify you.
One item is stored locally in your browser (local storage): your light or dark theme preference. It never leaves your device, is sent to no one, and can be removed by clearing your browsing data.
Technical server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) may be retained for security and operational reasons for a maximum of[retention period to be confirmed by the IT department — typically 6 to 12 months]. They are never used for commercial purposes.

Surname and first name, capacity (patient or healthcare professional), email address, telephone number if you provide one, the content of your message and, where applicable, the files you choose to attach.
This data is used solely to handle your request and reply to you. Processing rests on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest vested in the institution (Article 6(1)(e) GDPR) and, for any health data you choose to disclose, on the provision of health care (Article 9(2)(h) GDPR).
The form is not a database: your message is relayed directly to the secretariat's institutional mailbox (imagerie.interv@chu-nimes.fr) and then erased from the server's memory. No copy is kept on the website's server, neither in a database nor on disk.
The only recipients are the secretarial staff and the doctors of the Department of Interventional Radiology at Nîmes University Hospital, all bound by professional secrecy. No data is sold, shared or transferred outside the European Union.
Messages are kept in the department's mailbox for as long as it takes to handle your request, then deleted. If your request leads to clinical care, the relevant items are added to your medical record and then follow the statutory retention period for medical records (20 years from the last episode of care, Article R. 1112-7 of the French Public Health Code).
